By using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CycleMaster Canada ("we," "our," or "us").
CycleMaster Canada provides bicycle repair, maintenance, and customization services. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
All service quotes are estimates only and may change if additional problems are discovered during repair or if parts prices fluctuate.
We provide services by appointment. Appointments can be scheduled through our website, by phone, or in person.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.
While we strive to complete all services within the estimated timeframe, actual completion times may vary based on workload, parts availability, and service complexity. We will communicate any significant delays and provide updated completion estimates.
Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), debit cards, and e-transfers.
For significant repairs or custom services, we may require a deposit before beginning work.
We use quality parts and materials for all repairs and services. Unless otherwise specified, all parts are new and meet or exceed industry standards.
Used or customer-supplied parts may be installed at our discretion and may affect warranty coverage.
Our workmanship is warranted for 30 days from the service date. This warranty covers only the specific work performed and does not cover:
Parts are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, if applicable.
Bicycles left at our facility for more than 30 days after service completion and notification will be considered abandoned. After 60 days, we reserve the right to sell or dispose of abandoned bicycles to recover storage and service costs, as permitted by Ontario law.

If you are not satisfied with our service, please return within 7 days of service completion, and we will make reasonable adjustments at no additional charge.
Your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We may modify these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on our website with the effective date. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
